Using Underground Founder
These terms apply to your use of undergroundfounder.com and its assessments and reports. By starting an assessment or using a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Privacy practices are explained separately in our Privacy policy.
What the service provides
Underground Founder is a guided reflection and AI-assisted business-direction service for educational and informational purposes. Recommendations, fit explanations, suggested prices, market context, and action plans are hypotheses based on your answers and available information. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not verified demand, a psychological diagnosis, or legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice. We do not promise income, profit, funding, lasting motivation, or business success. Verify important information and consult qualified professionals when appropriate before making consequential decisions.
Your answers and decisions
Provide answers you are authorized to share. Do not upload another person’s private information, sensitive identifiers, or employer or customer confidential material. You retain rights in your answers and allow us and our service providers to process them as needed to deliver the requested service, as described in our Privacy policy. You are responsible for evaluating recommendations, complying with laws and licensing requirements, and deciding whether to spend money, contact customers, or change employment. Specific, in-depth responses support personalization but do not guarantee an outcome.
Acceptable use and access
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass security or request limits, misuse another person’s saved-progress credentials, or use the site for unlawful conduct or harassment. We may restrict or suspend access reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Temporary outages and generation failures may occur. Keep a downloaded copy of any report you wish to retain and save progress manually.
Purchases and intellectual property
The short preview is free. The full personalized report costs $19.99 USD as a one-time payment. You complete the questionnaire before checkout, and the full report is available only after Stripe confirms successful payment. The purchase covers the report generated from that completed assessment; a new report from a different assessment is a separate purchase. All sales are final, subject to the Refund policy and rights required by law. Our website design, branding, assessment materials, and other original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use your report to evaluate and develop your own business; AI-generated material may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. You may not represent our site or assessment as your own service without permission.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Underground Founder and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. If your jurisdiction does not permit an exclusion or limitation, it applies only to the extent lawful.
Questions, disputes, and changes
For support or concerns, email info@undergroundfounder.com. We encourage contacting us to resolve an issue, but this does not restrict your right to seek lawful remedies or report concerns to authorities. We may update these terms prospectively as the service changes, giving any notice required by law. The terms applicable to a purchase cannot be changed retroactively merely by posting an update. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
